I visited this place today as I had to travel past Kalutara. It's a bit different to Google directions but can easily find using Colombage Watta.

The caretaker lady showed be the food register which had a few blank pages, but after a FB post there has been a few donations. But someone promised meals today, not delivered.
I paid for a lunch and a breakfast (Lunch Rs 15,000 and Breakfast Rs 6500) and will get some friends to donate. The place needs toilets. The hospital provides the medications on monthly basis.
Anyone likes to donate, please do.
