well there are 27 stock brokers it's hard to say one....
but for me i think
Asha Phillip Securities Ltd & Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd are good...(This is for me)
well you can choose one for your own after talking with some others as well...

I think they don't issue share certificates. I read their prospectus as I can remember we need to have a account with CSE... not 100% sure need to read the prospectus again :S :S
