This is exactly like what Rajitha said when sugar prices increased "we increased sugar prices to prevent sri lankans from diabetes" and what John Amarathunga said when vehicle prices increased "we increased the vehicle prices to preventing people buying cars who shouldn't buy cars".
Those are utterly stupid logic and claims, also the people who say that sort of reasons.
