Do you have any idea of patent process, patent types. Even USA client, what they get design get patented. And they are just usual stuff with addressing one particular issue. Not much ground breaking to have many number of patents at all.

How much patented product of China actually in produced/used? and impacted to world?

Woodblock Printing (7th century): First printed book was the Diamond Sutra (868 AD).

Movable Type (11th century): Invented by Bi Sheng during the Song Dynasty—400 years before Gutenberg in Europe.

    🧭 4. The Compass
First developed as a divination tool (a lodestone spoon on a bronze plate) as early as the 2nd century BCE.

By the 11th century, used in navigation—revolutionizing maritime exploration.

    💣 5. Rockets & Early Military Tech

A highly efficient manual calculator used since at least the Han Dynasty.

Still used in some places today for fast mental math training.

    🌾 7. Agricultural Innovations

Developed sophisticated irrigation systems, like chain pumps, boosting food production.

🧪 8. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Discovery and use of herbal remedies, acupuncture, and detailed medical texts like the Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon).

Introduced concepts like Qi and meridians—still foundational in TCM today.

    🏗️ 9. Civil Engineering
Great Wall of China: Massive feat of engineering across centuries.

Dujiangyan Irrigation System (3rd century BC): Still functioning, it’s a marvel of water management with no dams involved.

    🎆 10. Fireworks
Initially spiritual and ceremonial (to scare off evil spirits), later became entertainment and a symbol of celebration around the world.

China’s ancient innovations weren’t just cool—they shaped global civilization. Want a deep dive into any one of these, or a timeline graphic?
