Notice Period 3 months, (Normally one or 2 months, First time I heard about 3 months). එහෙම උනාම අස්වීම දෙන්න කලින් තව ජොබ් වල Interview යද්දි Disadvantage එකක්. අස්විම දීල Interview ගිහින්, දෙක තුනක් Fail උනාම Stress එක වැඩිවෙනව. එතනදි තමයි ඉතින් Depression එන්න පුළුවණ් තැන. Loans එහෙම තියනවනම් කොහොමත් Depress

3 months notice period නම් පට්ට චාටර් , යන්න හදන එකෙක් බලෙන් මාස තුනක් තියාගෙන වැඩක් තියේද ?

service company වල billing loss එක වහගන්න ගහන game එකක් ඔය ,

join වෙනකොට අහන්නේ ඉක්මනින් එන්න බැරිද annual දාල, යන්න හදනකොට වෙන කතාවක්

This is the first time, I hear about the 3 months notice. (I am not a person from IT side, I am from Civil engineering side).
normally, one month notice period is enough for the most of jobs even for the government sector. if you couldn't give one month notice you have to pay the one month salary.
where this shit three months notice came
does it mention in the appointment letter?
doesn't it violate the labour laws in Sri Lanka?
