Also they initially advised that Covid recovered patients to wait for 90 days - The reason, to give others a chance of getting the vaccine. Once you got Covid, you will generally have antibodies to protect you than a person who didn't get the disease, and hence no urgency for the vaccine.

Some countries only use a single vaccine regime for those already infected with Covid and recovered. They found that for these people the antibody levels shot up with just a single dose of a vaccine within just 7 days.

These days with the vaccines being available, the general medical advise for those previously had Covid is to go for the usual two dose vaccines. You cannot be sure about the immunity you develop after the disease. It's variable from person to person and for some it's only for a short period. I have written on why this happens on another post. Nothing reported but depends on what kind drugs the patient is on. For eg, with other vaccines, there's a wait time of two weeks. Again it's for safety. Due to the insufficient data any medical authority can only issue a precautionary warning and advise for a time gap. It's got to be decided on each case.
