ගෙයක් හදන හැටි

මම ගෙයක් හදන්න බලාපොරොත්තුවෙනවා ලගදීම, කට්ටියගෙන්ම පුඩි උපදෙස් ටිකක් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා, මම බින්දුවේ ඉදන්ම යන්න ඉන්නේ ( ඉඩම විතරයි දෙනාට තියෙන්නේ),

මුලින්ම ප්ලේනක් ඇදගන්න ඕනනේ, ඊටපස්සේ එකී මෙකී වැඩ කප්පරක් තියනවනේ, ඒ හෙම දෙයක් ගැනම ඔයාලගේ අදහස් අත්දැකීම් (කාපු පරිප්පු ) හැමදෙයක්ම මෙතන ට දාන්න කියල අයියලා අක්කල හැමෝගෙන්ම ආදරයෙන් ඉල්ලනවා

මගේ ඉඩම ගොඩක් ලොකු නැ පර්චස් 9 යි,

තව ඔයාලා ගාව ඔයාල හදන්න ඉන්න / හදපු ගෙදර ප්ලේන් එකේ සොෆ්ට් කොපියක් තියනවනම් ෂෙයාර් කරන්න. ලොකුඋදවක් ......

Architects have two options,
1. Provide only council plan (Floor layout only). (Cost around 30000/=)

2. Provide detail plan, including electrical drawing, plumbing , doors and windows (cost 3% from estimation ex: 300,000 for 10 million)

What would be the best option, I am not going for a vary complex plan.

What height difference between bath room floor and other floor areas when you plaining upper floor slab ?

Some people say that bath room should be lower 2 inch from other floor areas but I feel that is not enough to accommodate water proofing layer and wast water drains ?
