It is sad that this had become a joke.
It is very harmful to our country's biodiversity to bring any soil that is contaminated with coliforms (which are fecal matter) . We know Parteninum menance due to human travel from India during IPKF without any quarantine due to the manner late Rajiv Gandhi implemented Peace Accord with JRJ , unilaterally without safety protocols. What can we expect from this huge waste from China and also from India (what ever the name you call it it is impossible to sterile fully due to cost factor and other pragmatic reasons)
The destruction is irreversible and irreparable but may not be immediate but in long term this is heinous crime!
