In early nineties Commonwealth bank of Australia had it's security codes hacked, but none of the IT specialist working for the bank, unable to understand how its done. That hacker being caught, and send to jail for few months because cyber crime was not widespread at that time. Even before he goes to jail, commbank sign him in as a net banking security advisor, which he can start work immediately after his release from prison. When this appointment being questioned by the shareholders meeting, chairman simply said "this man's knowledge is far better than our computer specialists, so now we are paying him to hack our system"
