I get 4 doss . first day , third day, seventh day and 30 th day. completely got befor 2 months. course ended 30 th June.

There are two schedules which use D0, D3, D7 & D30. Most hospitals go for the 2-site D0. D3, D7, D30 schedule . What I wrote before applies. You need to check with them as they do know about what you had.

ඕව් ඒක තමා මගේ ARV අන්තිම බෙහෙත විද්දට පස්සේ නර්ස් කිව්වේ. දැන් ඩොක්ටර්ස් ලා කියන්නේ මේක විදගත්තම ආයෙත් අවුරුදු 5 ක් යනකම් අවශ්‍ය නෑ කියලලු.ඒක නිරාවරණය වෙන විදිහ අනුව තමා මම හිතන්නේ ලොකු තුවාලයක් වෙලා නම් ඉතින් වීදියි.මට තුවාලයක් වත් මුකුත් උනේ නෑ.

I've had these vaccines several times. I took the whole course every time.
However, the surprising(or funny) thing is that not all doctors are of same opinion. Once the doctor at Kalubovila hospital told me not to get all doses if the dog is still alive after a certain number of days. I took the full course anyway, but the medical advice those days was that the whole thing is essential. lol.

Sad that anti rabies has been neglected a bit. Not many are in the devlopment of new vaccines for this. There were two Chimp Adenovirus based vaccines being developed (same technique as AZ/Sputnik) , one was a single shot, the other was two shots. Hasn't heard about any of these lately.

I read in a report by the UN or some other body that the current pandemic has caused a majority of other medical experiments to be put in the back burner. It says that developing an AIDS cure has been drastically affected and may be prolonged by at least a decade. In a Sri Lankan context such delays will be good hunting grounds for local witch doctors. lol.

This is a very rare disease. Capnocytophaga is a bacteria typically belonging to aerotolerant anaerobes with a requirement for significant quantities of carbon dioxide (CO2) for initiation of growth—They are common inhabitants of dental plaque in the oral cavities of mammals.
The word Capno relates to CO2.
Usually immuno-compromised people are at risk. There are others at risk too. those without a spleen, Lupus etc. About 20% of dogs could carry this bacteria.
If a pet licks an open wound, always wash thoroughly with soap and warm water and follow up with an antibiotic.
But usually we don't do this...
