Only a few places in the middle of Kandy city have been affected by air pollution. When I was in the O-Level class (2017), authorities measured the air pollution in the city and made a report about the places with the most air pollution in Kandy. Air pollution exists only in a few places where there is a lot of traffic in the city. But the people have a deep-rooted opinion that Kandy is a completely air-polluted city. None of them know that Kandy is the only major city located near a forest reserve. (Udawatta Forest Reserve) And that makes Kandy city one of the greenest cities in Sri Lanka. Therefore, if taken as a whole, Kandy city is free from air pollution than most other cities.

Schools thiyenawa godak. Education hodai. Tution ehemath hodai

Minissuth aulak na. Town eka watema hugak thiyenne aluthen relocate una communities. E nisa thamange paduwe wadak karagena yana un inne. Gamwala nam parana seen ma thama (own exp)

Parawal nam sawuththui. bageta hadala thiyenne hugak than wala. Thama road construction pending. E arenna dannam loku traffic ekak city eke na.

Saturday/Sunday fully packed town eka. Eth decent parking spaces available.

Hotels/Restaurants decent collection ekak thiyenawa. Night life ekanam sahenna adui

Aluthen cinema complex ekak awa. E nisa podi vibe ekak thiyenawa.
