    no man they can't really cause now think about the thepiratebay.org
    site which was once banned by the Swedish government and also they arrested the owner but actually they can do nothing since torrent sites only store the meta data file which contains the source and tracker lists not illegal files since that meta data belong to legit people they can't continue it ,so again piratebay was opened cause law can't actually arrest but threat to the owner or some under ground jilmarts like hacking etc.. :eek:.
    ,.if u don't believe go to the thepiratebay.org and see their list of mails sent by various software developing companies they were keep mentioning please remove this or that with the link but most of them were not removed properly. torrents sites will be sized totally if they store also files more than meta data. according to DRM law there are more additional laws would be applied but it's depend on the jurisdiction.
    in Netherlands,Singapore there is no jurisdiction for the DRM law so people can freely break DRM stuffs like host Vbulleting forums etc
    ..
    law is a direct/complicated thing so read any License agreements before u sign in anywhere unless u will be faced to a big trouble. cause that might be papers for taking over your property.
