The proposal put forward by Finance Minister Mangala Samraweera in order to obtain the loan has been approved by the cabinet. The loan will be obtained in six phases from 2018 - 2014 with a sum of US$ 260 expected to be obtained during the first phase. Accordingly, Minister Samaraweera is expected to sign an agreement with JICA in this regard.

ඩොලර් එක අල්ලන් ඉන්නේ ඔය.මට සෙන්ට්‍රල් බෑන්ක් එකේ එකෙක් කිව්ව 187 ට විතර ගිහින් තියෙනවා කියලා.ඒක එලියට දැනගන්ඩ ඉඩ තියලා නෑ.ඒ මාසෙකට කලින්.

මමත් දැන් එක්ස්පෝට් වලට මේ දවස් වලට ලෑස්ති වෙනවා.ගෙඩි පිටින් වාසී.මම මැටීරියල් ඉම්පෝර්ට් කරන කොට තිබ්බේ 142ට.ටිකක් චැලේන්ජ් එක වැඩී.සෑහෙන දේවල් කන්සිඩර් කරන්ඩ වෙලා තියෙනවා.නමුත් බැරියර් කඩාගෙන යන්ඩ වෙනවා.අපේ රටේ දැන් බිස්නස් කරන්ඩ වටපිටාව හදාගෙන තියෙන්නේ එක්තරා පැලැන්තියකට විතරයි.උන් එක්ක හැප්පෙන එක ලේසි නෑ.අපිට අලුත්ම විදිහට හිතලා මෙතඩ් හදාගෙන රින්ගන්ඩ වෙලා තියෙන්නේ.
