if you need a new salary, then move to another company

Yeah even 15% increment for a 200k salary is around 30k.Also when you go up in company hierarchy positions become slim.Also i have noticed that most of the new comers into IT field comes because of salary and not because they like it.so in the long term it will affect their mentality as well.
