Ya but They havent address anything about Hunupitiya and elakanda and Hedala junction tahts the main Bottle neck CMB katunayake will not go via wattala not even the outer circular road WATTALA will be teh same machooo so they need to address about it and come up with a solution

No brother, this is not about that. You are talking about colombo outer cicular highway and it has already began its construction- it is from kottawa to kadawatha. This is something else which is to connect these 3 high ways ( Southern, Katunayake, Colombo Outer circular and also the proposed kandy highway)




this has been addressed by the katunayake highway and iin part by colmbo outer circular highway!

In fact though its not directly running over Wattala its there to by pass the problem (as you said the main bottle neck of CMB Katunayake road) other wise machan you cant directly address this problem- its not feasible. also alltogether the katunayake highway will by pass this problem completely. ( You cant make highways each and evry place but you can make those to by pass most of the common problems ie. here the wattala and ja-ela traffic congession)- This is not for the pepole live in wattala but for the travellers to maha-bage, ja-ela and katunayake and beyond! Sorry for wattala people but what can do for them is something like widening of roads or something like the roads on pillars!

හොඳ තීරණයක්‌ කොළඹ තියෙන වාහන තදබදය අඩු කරන්න පුළුවන් වෙනවනම් ඒක ලොකු දෙයක්. අද කොළඹ ඉඳං පිට වෙන්නයි කොළඹට ඇතුල් වෙන්නයි ගියාම කොයි තරම් වෙලාවක් නාස්ති වෙනවද?.......මොනවා වුනත් බේස්ලයින් පාරේ 3 වෙනි අදියරට වෙච්ච දේ මේකට නොවේවා කියල ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරනවා
