මේ තියෙන්නෙ internationally ඔය salute and greetings ගැන කියලා තියෙන දේ.
In a democracy, elected representatives are supreme as they make laws which are being implemented by police Officers.

Police Officers generally greet MPs by “good morning Sir,…so on.

Some MPs expect “Sirring” them by the police Officers.

Police, being a uniformed service, “salute” while in uniform is the only appropriate greeting.

“salute” does not indicate subordination or subservience.
