මේ streptococcus bacterial colony එක මගේ අතින් contaminate උනා වෙන වැඩක් කරන්න යද්දී. ඒත් මේකේ bacterial colony එක පැහැදිලිව පේනවා. Blood Agar වල තියෙන්නේ proteose peptone, liver digest nutrients, yeast extract, sodium chloride, agar, and blood.
