අගමැතිවරයෙකු ලෙස මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂගේ පත්කිරීම ව්යවස්ථා විරෝධී නීත්යාණුකූල නොවන එකක් බවත් නීත්යාණුකූල අගමැති රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මහතා තනතුරින් ඉවත් නොවන බවත් අග්රමාත්යා කාර්යාල ප්රකාශකයෙකු ලංකා ඊ නිව්ස් වෙත පැවසීය.
19 වන සංශෝධනය අනුව අගමැතිවරයෙකු ලෙස පුද්ගලයෙකු පත්කළ හැක්කේ අගමැති ධූරයේ පුරප්පාඩුවක් ඇතිවුවහොත් පමණි. 19 වන සංශෝධනය අනුව එසේ පුරප්පාඩුවක් ඇතිවිය හැක්තේ සිටින අගමැතිවරයා ඉල්ලා අස්වුවහොත් හෝ නඩු තීන්දුවකින් හෝ ඡන්ද පෙත්සමකින් ඔහුගේ මන්ත්රීධූරය අහෝසි වුවහොත් පමණි.
ඒ කිසිවක් නොවී ඇති තැනෙක අගමැතිවරයා ලෙස මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂගේ පත්වීම සපුරා නීති විරෝධී මෙන්ම ව්යවස්ථා විරෝධී වේ.
2015 ජනවාරි 8 වෙනිදා ජනාධිපති ලෙස සිරිසේන දිව්රුම් දීමෙන් අනතුරුව අගමැති ලෙස සුළුතරයේ රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ මහතා දිව්රුම් දුන්නේ 19 වෙනි සංශෝධනය ගෙන ඒමට පෙර ය.
ඒ අනුව නීත්යාණුකූල අගමැති රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ අගමැති ධූරයේ දිගටම රැඳී සිටිනු ඇත. එජනිසය ඉවත් වූවා කියා එජාපෙට පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ බහුතරය අහිමි නොවේ.
ව්යවස්තාවත් බල්ලට දාලා අපි අප්රිකාවේ ගෝත්රික තත්වයටත් වඩා පහලට වැටුනා එහෙනන් ඈ!

The United States a short while ago called on all parties in Sri Lanka to act in accordance with the Constitution, refrain from violence and follow due process.
In a tweet, the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs of the US Department of State said it was following the events in Sri Lanka.
“We expect the Government of Sri Lanka to uphold its Geneva commitments to human rights, reform, accountability, justice and reconciliation,’ it said.
The tweet followed the appointment of former president Mahinda Rajapaksa as the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka.

ඒත් ඊයෙ මහින්ද දිවුරුම් දුන්නෙ ජාතික ආණ්ඩුව බිදවැටුනොත් අගමැති දූරය හා කැබිනට් ම්ණ්ඩලය පුරප්පාඩු වෙනව කියන ව්යාවස්තාවෙ තියන වගන්ති නිසා.. ඒ වගේ වෙලාවක ජනපතිට පුලුවන් පාර්ලිමේන්තුවෙ බහුතර බලේ තියනව කියල විශ්වාස කරන්න පුලුවන් කෙනාට අගමැතිකම දෙන්න..
ඇඩුවට වැඩක් නෑ සිරිකොතේ මහා ලොල්ල ආයිත් එන්නේ නෑ මේ කපේට. තුන් වෙනි පාරටත් බලය අරන් කලින්ම ගෙදර යන්න උනා කාලකන්නියට. 2020 වෙනකම් හිටියනම් රටේ කල්ලක්වත් ඉතුරු වෙන්නේ නෑ. රටේ වාසනාවට මෙහෙම උනේ
