Dutch courts seem to be continued to strengthen their laws against terrorism and terrorists’ supporters. Recently a few Dutch nationals have got arrested who were involved in raising funds for the slain LTTE terrorist organization and they are likely to get no way out.
Dutch prosecutors have apparently informed the Hague District Court that the LTTE Terrorist organization was defeated on May 2009 but still these accused are raising funds for them.
Prosecutors have also informed the courts that the LTTE terrorist organization was funded by millions of euros to fund suicide attacks. Considering the Dutch law system, the courts will be delivering longer term sentences to the accused.
