Consumer materials or Production materials , it doesn't matter.China supply two types of qualities ,My point is it seems that SL have used the low end products to build the power plant.And one more thing ,The whole world is switching from usage of Coal to other sources to make electricity because of the reasons like environmental pollution and shortage of coal resources.And dumb fucks in Sri Lanka is still trying to go backwards by traditional methods.
