    This is amazing, if the battery would function as the way it says,

    10000mah = 10Ah = 50Wh, so

    20 of these batteries would make a 1KWh battery would only be weighted 4kg!:baffled:

    for 50,000Rs, it would give similar capacity as the battery inside the toyota Aqua.

    if you combine 2 of these batteries, for 2500*2 = 5000Rs, you will get a 100Wh battery pack will only be weighted 400 grams and will be able to power your usual desktop computer for 20 minutes, assuming your computer will consume about 250W. it will give the power similar to your UPS.:shocked::shocked:

    won't happen bro 10000MAh is the input capacity. Due to the efficiency ratio the output power will be 6000-7000 and if you are connecting a battery pack to a PC you should use an inverter to convert DC to AC so the efficiency would be very much lower. Hybrid car batteries are much more expensive because of the high number of charging cycles and the ability to drain a high current without heating up. for and example if we drain 10A from a normal powerbank battery over an hour it will surely be melted :no:

    It's true what you says, but even according to you if we can get the power efficiency at 50% after using the inverter, it would be atleast be able to power a desktop PC for about 10 minutes, it's more than enough.;)

    and, these batteries are probably the li-polymer type otherwise it can't give this much of energy density.

    yes, li-polymer battery can be discharged safely about 20 times of it's nominal capacity, if the battery says 2A, it can be discharged safely for 40A constantly without battery heating issues. and it can give 100A short bursts too!!.

    that's why these batteries are using in drones, jump starters.. to lift a a drone some times it needs 1KW of electricity, true for Phantom series. It is achieved by these li-po bateries.

    Interesting fact is, If you combine 10 of these batteries and get a hub motor for a bicycle and you can make a DIY electric bike with about 100Km electric range.:):shocked:

    10000mAh = Internal Battery capacity. not output. it is usually 3.7V li-po battery. so, 10000mAh x 3.7 = 37Wh

    those li-po batteries have higher energy density but less durable and low cycle life. may be 300 cycles.

    batteries that use in EV, have quite lower energy density but more durable, temperature tolerant and has higher cycle life. around 1000 cycles or more.


    As far as I know, Aqua/Prius/insight etc.. use Ni-mh battery pack. not lithium. Leaf use li-po battery pack.
