Hence if we wanted GOTA to implement and do what he said he would do, the only logical decision is to give him the power that he wants to do it.

Gota does not have any power over the parliament, even 2/3 majority could overpower executive branch too. Specially with 19th amendment (which was voted by 215/225) has removed some powers and even there could be new amendment which could remove further. Its all depend who is gonna contest 2025 presidential election If its gonna be namal, 2/3 might even restore power
