I agree to some extent, machan. However, most British people aren't that petty. For example, London and Scotland have had non-white leaders, including those of Pakistani origin. The decline of the Conservative Party started with Boris Johnson, who lied and partied during Covid. The British public didn't like it, and he had to resign. Then Liz Truss came along with horrible policies, and after her, Rishi Sunak took over. Sunak withdrew many of the policies that the Conservatives had promised. Unlike in Sri Lankan politics, you can't get away with lying in UK politics.
