It matters when somebody is cheating to the tax , and selling drugs

* cheating tax.
* cheating to the custom and bypass the regu and importing week
products that are sometimes safety critical and health critical.
* Cheating to the customers. [including the hidden video cams. ]
* Selling drugs and other types of drugs which are illegal from the sri
lankan constitution.
* Discrimination against the Sinhalese employment , [this is a direct act
and direct violation of code of conduct under the sri lankan
legislation].
* Promoting Child sex, Prostitution etc etc.
* Promoting the HALAL certificate , [which trying to dominate the
Shria law to customer community].
* Promoting the hate against other communities inside religious public
places to the yooth Muslim community[I'm not Muslim so you may argue
this is not relevent to me and you'll say me mind your own business, But
things won't go that way. The problem is Mosque is a registered as a
public religious place and it's a violation against civil law under the
Sri Lankan constitution. Do you know that you even can't hold a
meeting more than 4 people without informing it to the police? So it's
not my business but this is law. ]
* Promoting things like 'Love Jihad'. This is a direct violation against law.
If these things are happening inside mosques then mosque should be banned.
* Promoting political racism to to the registered political parties.
[Ex- Muslim Congress, There is a SU too, but in SU there's no discrimination
against racism and they have a senet and that's how it's running, But
Muslim Congress , this is also my business and problem because it's
registered as a political party in SL. So it have to respect the code of
conduct. Otherwise it's a violation of LAW. There is a problem there if
racism is going there without well defined set of principles and policies
,a political party is not a public property according to the sri lankan
constitution. ].

yes this is the problem , if they are organizing inside Mosque and promoting the
racism and violations inside the Mosque , and if the religion is directly ranting up that.
Even I'm not Muslim it's a big problem and it's a direct concern of mine, Because it's
against the Sri Lankan constitution and it's a safty issue against other communities
who are living in the Sri Lanka.


For a example , too this video.
Clearly this video is promoting the racism , He is suggesting that Arab and Muslim countries
to not to give the religious freedom to the communities who are belongs to the Non
Islamic.

Sri Lanka is a democratic country , and according to it's constitution and legislation
it's also a violation to promote these kind of video's , and it's also a violation to
promote this kind of speech among your own Muslim community.

There is a law called Sri Lankan law and It's constitution. I never heard something
like Shiria law. I'm really apoligize if your only familiar with the Shiria law and if not
famailrise with the Sri Lankan current law.
