But I think you have good experience with this field. lets talk about DSLR or mirrorless camera. Should be Affordable price. my idea is just landscape, close objects, purely hobby oriented, etc, picture.01.
When it comes to Nature/ wildlife photography ( animals, birds to be specific)
Lense is the matter.
No matter how sophisticated is your camera, you are going to need a powerful lense ( min 100/400mm)
Lense it self costs around 3-4 laks.
Beginner level camera body ( Canon 2000D ) costs around 1.5 laks.

If it's just landscape, close objects, purely hobby oriented, etc, and if you're not rich ,and got better things to do with 5 laks , go for a good phone ( pixel 7 pro, Sony series )
I don't like iphones , but they are good too.
You could have a camera for the same phone price though ( 2-3 laks ) , but with the smaller lense kit ( 18-55 mm )
Also good for landscaping, close objects.
