සැපට ඉන්න කොටයි, ප්ලාස්ටික් සැත්කම් කරගන්න කොටයි ලස්සන වෙන එක අහන්නත් දෙයක්ද බන්. වයසට යන හේතුවත් දැන් හොයාගෙන තියෙන්නේ, ඒකටත් ප්රතිකර්ම ඉස්සරහට එයි. එතකොට තව ඉස්සරහට සල්ලි තියෙනවා නම් අවුරුදු දහස් ගාණක් උනත් ජීවත් වෙන්න පුලුවන් වෙයි.
ඔව්...සමහර උන් ඉන්නවා මාසෙට ලක්ෂ ගණනින් වියදම් කරනවා උන්ගේ රූපයට...
මම ඕක දැක්කේ මොකක් හරි සයිට් එකක..ඕකට මොකක්දෝ බෙහෙත් සීන් එකක් තියෙනවා කියනවා..

Why do rich people have such flawless skin and poor people don't? 
I'm reading the other answers... moisturizers? Spa treatments? Organic food?!?
Maybe that accounts for some of what you're seeing. But c'mon, let's talk about the real stuff: Botox! Juvéderm! Voluma! And lots of other expensive fillers, freezers and things that can be injected... to say nothing of lasers, UV treatments, cryotherapy, expensive high-end microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and even the good old-fashioned knife.
My friend works in high-end real estate here in Hollywood. He regularly has fillers injected, and in less than 15 minutes it drops five years off his face (no joke, you can see an enormous difference almost immediately). It also costs him $2500 every 8-12 months (to say nothing of the additional cost for Botox to reduce wrinkles, laser treatments to remove blemishes and imperfections, and a few other things that I don't even understand). He says this cosmetic work is one of the best investments he can make. I believe him. His skin looks incredible and he always has a youthful glow about him. Just today I saw him and he just looked good... I thought he had a flattering new haircut, so I asked him about that and he said "no, I just went and got some work done."
It is amazing what a fancy Beverly Hills dermatologist can do… and how much it costs. But the results are remarkable. I'm sure healthy living and organic food and all that contribute to a radiant glow, but so does a lot of science and money.
(And I should add: if you're talking about wealthy people that you see on TV or in a photo, there's a whole SEPARATE level of improvements called: great lighting. Professional photograhpers. Retouching, a.k.a. Photoshop/CG. Confirmation bias. Etc.)
