Basil is trying to fool us as he did to Ranil.
IMF will not release its country report without the consent of state. If the country does not consent an executive summary is issued , instead. These reports have lot of information on economic indicators of country!
As far as I know, IMF does not send drafts to contrives to comment. They only send their final Report. Ranil did not ask whether the report send to govt by IMF was marked or stated as "Draft". This would have ended the issue of IMF Report!!!!
Govt is still fooling us and Ranil too!( This is the part earlier done by Wimal,Vasu,Go'mpila for the govt now BR is doing it even better!! no wonder Wimal has a private end!)
