    In contrast nurses get a good salary even in student period.

    yah, I was admitted to J'pura hospital, Their service was the best. and Working 24*7 in the ward with shifting the work. And better than experienced doctors. Fresh graduates are better. I don't know why they are becoming less caring about patients when they get experience.

    Yes. Japura is a better place coz less patient load, but bad because patients demand things and administration press on doctors after hearing patients කේලාම්.
    You'll understand why they become insensitive if you read the post.
