mcn even my share market consultant asked me to buy some shares of it.it seems ok to buy them as the company is in gd form n generating good profits.I would say buy the Non voting shares,it seems less risky mcn.its jst Rs 3 neh.DOnt buy a lot of sahres though.the people say its good.Its up to u mcn.Bt mcn there is a risk though,bcoz last tym i bought some peoples leasing shares when they put out new shares.n it generate me a loss of Rs 7 per share.But higher the risk is higher the profits nah.

CHanda balaya ethi kiyanne ordinary shares. Ordinary shares walata exact dividend amount ekak ne. You earn dividends as per the companies performance. It could be higher than the dividends earned by the preference shares or lower. But they have voting powers in the annual general meeting. You can elect directors, etc.

Chanda balaya nethi kiyanne preference shares. They have an exact amount dividend rate irrespective of companies performance. But don't have voting powers in AGM.
