Doller rate not going to go down significantly. CB not will not allow it. Too fast drop or too fast increase is not good . Too fast increase caused too much problems and we already know what happened last year. Rate will gradually come down but don't expect 280-290 anytime soon.

Also for the people who are saying rate going to go up once we start paying loans is not 100% correct. Due to IMF imposed debt restructuring, most loan payments are deferred and we have plenty of time to build up $$ reserve and build stability.

Debt restructuring is one of the reasons why IMF loan got delayed as China not agreed to it quickly. IMF don't want to give loan without China agreeing to it as otherwise all the money will strait away go back to China for loans.

Also don't expect relaxation of imports soon. Things will loosen up a bit but any unimportant items such as domestic vehicles will be months away from coming back to normal. They will give priority to medical/food/commercial equipment first.
