Avoid Khalid at all costs. He ripped off a friend of mine.

He gave Khalid a perfectly working Laptop (One he has been using for 3+ years) for a routine service. Khalid kept him waiting for nearly 8 hours and told him that his Laptop has a motherboard issue and it's not working anymore! Furthermore, his Hard Disk was fried too, and, again told it was due to the fault motherboard and has nothing to do with the fact that Khalid's people were servicing it.

He has no accountability, and you'd better be off with buying a new Laptop than handing it over to Khalid.

Sense.lk has a good repair shop at 2nd Floor, Unity Plaza. I recommend that.

Thanks for the heads up buddy. I had used Khalid during his early days (in 2013/14) and the service was amazing. Not sure what has happened now though
