I should make this clear, I didn't imply that South Koreans do not seem particularly intelligent. In fact, quite the contrary...they've produced truly innovative personalities in STEM, music, cinema etc. in the past few decades, so I do think their IQ correlates with the aptitude of their people. Fascinating thing for me is that aforementioned slight gap between NK and SK nationals (they are genetically identical, hence the change may be due to socio-political differences).

I haven’t had much experience with Singaporeans, however let’s keep in mind that IQ is not solely about rationality, rather a general measure of ones cognitive faculties...this is why brilliant artists tend to display a high IQ, even though they rarely deal with anything scientific or mathematical.

It’s a generally accepted fact amongst social scientists that Ashkenazi Jews have the highest ethnic IQ globally, you can't see it since most lists rank by Country. Israel has other types of Jews (Mizraim, Sepradic) apart from Ashkenazi ones, so it affects the average.
