Take a form from water board and fill it and attach a water bill from a nearby house if available, a electricity bill of your house, tax bill for the land and I'm not sure whether there are some more documents
All those should be submitted to water board and they will visit the place and give a valuation and we have to call the water board and they will tell the amount needed to be paid
Then that should be paid to BOC and the bank slip should be given to water board again and then they will give the water supply
