Agreed, once we had to integrate intractable (move and rotate) simple 3d model (created with Blender) in to a iOS Application, its just a simple thing compared to game, but it took hell of a time and effort, to complete as expected.
If logos are The problem why they can't create their own logo instead of blaming GVT and country.

By no means we should harass the guy who was trying to do something like this and its up to him whether to discontinue or continue the project and we cant do anything because we didn't pay for it. All this is to be blamed on the people who believe things the second they see it without actually looking in to it.

It's common sense that Sri lankan gaming industry is here and there. And you see something like this it has to make you question the truth behind it. But in this case people doesn't question they believe whatever they see and hear. Authors who're spreading these are responsible as well, they are not in for the news but the site traffic. If they put " discontinued due to x reason" there wont be any traffic. But if you put something related to politics and "Yahapalanaya" it blows up resulting in major view count spike. Its just like the normal media coverage. You see it you believe it.

Maybe the guy behind this had good intentions but his "Vision" lead him astray and this happened.


I should add about this LTTE logo problem because there is a game called Global Operations (2002), a bit old but this game had FULL fledged LTTE as an opponent (with the AK's and all) and was using everything down to the terrorist uniform "Tiger stripes". You can play it any computer right now and its like 500mb something.

But cant stress enough saying its his project,he can do whatever with it but people who write blogs and such should actually look in to something before they write half ass stories about it.
