But you have to do some steps for it. First you have to go to RMV and do some paper works. Then they will give you a date. you have to come with vehicle(new colour). You need to take weight certificate. Rmv people will check the vehicle colour, engine body numbers. wheel base, weight and all. then again give you some papers. You have hand over them to another section. then they will take your old book and send new book. this can not be done during one day. you have to go at least four days to RMV.
