this time i gave up on the porn.these are not worth at all.
they damage your mind firstly then body as a long term effect.

i suggest you do the same

now i only kept explicit content on one condition.

someone who i knew, their very personal data. (inc their photos or intimate videos)

withdrawing from porn is truly a hard task. You must replace "watching porn time " with another interesting habit.
for me its playing games and learning new things.

But if you can truly understand how watching porn affects you.then no need to change habits,you eventually come around with good results.
