1. Pls dont misunderstand, I do not want this to be done free, but I need this done on the smallest budget possible.
2.the site should be very attractive and informative. as for the information, I have the admin pass of the example site I have given and I can extract that info from the site.
3.should be updatable, so the template should be able to do that.
4. contact me form should send a e mail to a predefined address with filled in data(validated) upon submission...
