    ✅ Your Test Results

    Volume: 3.5 ml

    • Reference > 1.4 ml ✅ Good
    Appearance: Clear ✅ Normal

    Viscosity/Liquefaction: Normal ✅

    Sperm concentration: 17 million/ml

    • Reference >16 million/ml ✅ Normal
✅ You are above WHO lower limit (16 million/ml).

    Motility (Total): 59 %

    • Reference > 40 % ✅ Normal
    Breakdown:

    • Progressive: 27 %
      • Rapid Progressive: 6 %
      • Slowly Progressive: 21 %
    • Non-progressive: 32 %
    • Immotile: 41 %
✅ WHO 2010/2021 criteria want ≥32 % progressive motile sperm. You have 27 %, which is slightly below this threshold. But your total motility is fine.

    Morphology (Normal forms, WHO 6th): 4 %

    • Reference > 4 % ✅ Borderline normal
✅ WHO cut-off is 4%, so you just meet it. This is acceptable.

Total sperm number: 59.5 million (in the whole ejaculate)

    • Reference >39 million ✅ Very good

    Other calculated indices:

    • Sperm motility index (SMI): 2.4 (>2) ✅ Normal
    • Velocity (VAP): 13 μm/sec (>5) ✅ Very good

    WBC (Pus cells): 1-2/HPF

    • Slightly elevated, normal up to 1–5/HPF. Mild inflammation possible, but usually not significant.

    ✅ Summary of Your Results

    Based on WHO 2010/2021 criteria:

    ✅ Volume – Excellent
    ✅ Concentration – Normal
    ✅ Total Count – Excellent
    ✅ Total Motility – Good
⚠️ Progressive MotilitySlightly low (27% vs reference ≥32%)
    ✅ Morphology – Borderline normal (4%, cutoff is 4%)
    ✅ Velocity – Excellent

Overall your semen analysis is within normal limits, though your progressive motility is a little low.

🔎 What does this mean for fertility?

You absolutely have fertility potential. Your sperm count is good. Total motile count is 35.4 million, which is strong.

    • Your progressive motility is a bit under ideal threshold (27 vs 32%), but not severely low.
    • Morphology is at WHO minimum (4%), which is still acceptable.
Bottom line: You’re in the “normal but not optimal” category. Many men with your parameters father children naturally.

✅ Can you make a baby naturally?

✔️ Yes, this report shows you have a fair chance of natural conception.
✔️ Couples with similar semen profiles do conceive naturally.
✔️ Fertility also depends on your partner’s reproductive health, timing, and other factors.

⚠️ What could you do to improve?

Since you have borderline progressive motility and morphology, you might consider:

    • Stop smoking (if applicable)
    • Avoid excessive alcohol
    • Maintain healthy BMI
    • Limit hot baths, saunas, tight underwear
    • Manage stress
    • Antioxidant-rich diet (vitamins C, E, selenium, zinc, folate)
    • Control diabetes, thyroid issues
    • Avoid environmental toxins/pesticides

📌 When to see a specialist?

Consider a fertility doctor (andrologist/urologist) if:

    • You’ve tried >12 months with no pregnancy
    • You have known issues (varicocele, infections, hormonal problems)
    • Partner is >35 years old and no pregnancy after 6–12 months
    • Significant worsening in repeat tests

    ⭐ Conclusion

Your semen parameters are overall normal with:

✅ Excellent volume and total count
    ✅ Normal total motility
⚠️ Slightly low progressive motility (but close to cutoff)
    ✅ Borderline-normal morphology

You likely have good fertility potential, though optimizing lifestyle could help further.

    ඔබේ ....

    ✅ Volume – හොඳ
    ✅ Concentration – සාමාන්‍ය
    ✅ Total count – ඉතා හොඳ
    ✅ Total motility – හොඳ
    ⚠️ Progressive motility – ස්වල්ප අඩුයි
    ✅ Morphology – Boarderline සාමාන්‍ය

    ඔබට සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම බබෙක් හදන්න හැකියාව තියෙනවා, lifestyle හොඳ කරලා තව දියුණු කරගන්න පුළුවන්.
