අබ්දුල් කාදර් ෆාතිමා හාදියා අත්අඩංගුවට ගනු ලැබවේ වර්ෂ 2019 අප්‍රේල් මාසයේ පාස්කු ඉරිදා ත්‍රස්ත ප්‍රහාරයෙන් දින කිහිපයකට පසු සයින්දමර්දු ප්‍රදේශයේ සිදුවූ මරාගෙන මැරෙන බෝම්බ ප්‍රහාරයෙන් පසුවය.

ඇයත් ඇයගේ දියණියත් සිටියේ බරපතල ලෙස තුවාල ලබා ය. ප්‍රතිකාර ලබා දීමෙන් අනතුරුව ඇය අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තු භාරයට ගෙන ත්‍රස්තවාදය වැළැක්වීමේ පනත යටතේ අත්අඩංගුවට ගනු ලැබුවේය.

වසර හතරකට පසු සැක කාරිය ඇප මත මුදා හරිමින් අධිකරණය සැකකාර කාන්තාව රුපියල් 25000ක මුදල් ඇප සහ රුපියල් ලක්ෂ 25ක ශරීර ඇප දෙකක් මත නිදහස් කළේය.

පාස්කු ප්‍රහාරයෙන් පසු කටුවාපිටිය දේවස්ථානයේ බෝම්බ පිපිරීම සිදුකළ ත්‍රස්තවාදියාගේ බිරිඳ වන සාරා ජස්මින් හෙවත් පුලස්තිනි මහේන්ද්‍රන් ලබාදුන් තොරතුරු පොලිසියට හෙළි නොකිරීම ඇයට එල්ල වී තිබුණු චෝදනාව ය.

එහිදී සැකකාරියගේ විදේශ ගමන් තහනම් කර ඇති මහාධිකරණය, සෑම මසක ම අවසන් ඉරුදින අපරාධ පරීක්ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ පෙනී සිටින ලෙසට ද නියෝග කර ඇත.

2019 වර්ෂයේ අප්‍රේල් මස 25 වෙනිදා හෝ ඊට ආසන්න දිනයකදී සයින්දමරුදු ප්‍රදේශයේ නිවසක සැඟව සිටි සහරාන් හෂීම් ගේ දෙමව්පියන්, සහෝදරයා සහ ඔහුගේ පවුලේ සාමාජිකයින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීමට යාමේදී ආරක්ෂක අංශ සමග ඇතිවූ ගැටුමකින් පසුව තුවාල ලබා සිටියදී ෆාතිමා හාදියා සහ ඇයගේ දියණිය ආරක්ෂක අංශ විසින් රෝහල් ගත කෙරින.

The Colombo High Court yesterday granted bail under strict conditions to the father and a brother of the 2019 Easter Sunday suicide bombers who carried out the suicide bombings at the Shangri-La and Cinnamon Grand hotels.
The case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Navaratne Marasinghe. Mohammed Ibrahim, a millionaire businessman and his son Ibrahim Hijaz, a resident of Mahawila Udyanaya, Dematagoda, who were remanded for three years on charges of concealing information from the police regarding suicide bomb attacks on Easter Sunday, have been released on bail.
The judge also said that the bail application would be rejected as there were no special circumstances to grant bail to the third accused in the case.
They were released on two cash bails of Rs.200,000 and three sureties of Rs. 1 million each. Travel bans were imposed against the accused and ordered to surrender their passports to court and they were required to report to the CID on the first and last Sunday of each month.
Two indictments have been filed against three accused including Mohamed Ibrahim, a millionaire businessman living in Dematagoda, for allegedly concealing information from the police about a suicide attack was imminent on Easter Sunday under the Prevention of Terrorism Act and Penal Code.


The Attorney General filed indictment in the High Court against three accused including businessman Mohamed Ibrahim for committing an offence under the Prevention of Terrorism Act by concealing information without informing a police officer about a terrorist attack was imminent on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019, which could have led to a racist riot.
