the moment it happen could have been pain full..but after that most probably he does not feel anything..
in a moment like this ..people should ask him whether he wants to live or not and take a decision or else they should quickly take him to a hospital..people dont die unless they loose lot of blood even after organs are broken or separated...
even if u broke ur arm ..you can put ur hand inside a ice bag and quikly take to a hospital before the cells starts dien..so it can be stiched back together
