No it should be allowed!!!
In the past, election campaigns were focused on tv ads, liquor and public speaking on massive stages. So in those days parties who didn't have enough money to do that were in a disadvantage. So I don't see why public surveys are a disadvantage all of a sudden just because some parties cannot keep up with it.
