they visited Singapore and applied for jobs and went for interviews
some of them got jobs and some of them returned

Lot of Sri Lankans are coming to Singapore resigning the jobs to Find a new one in Singapore, Finding Job in Singapore is not easy,,,

I recommend not to come here to find a job, Come here after finding a job,

Apply from Sri Lanka, get selected for couple of interviews and then come here for interviews, at least two.

getting work visa here is very very hard here now, also depend on the luck as well
