Wijesekara is taken from a typewriter keyboard interface.
"Computer" is NOT a typewriter it can do for more better things, so sticking with a typewriter interface is old school
I see no bad in phonetic layouts or in Sinlish,if want it real sri lankan style better make a sinhala keyboard with 60 keys for letters only, it is practical too but no one does it that would be better for the future when OSes are 100% sinhala, till then phonetics will do the job...far more better than wijesekara
