According to Islam.....it is additionally better to get circumcised....FOR MEN ONLY.....women not allowed.....its a sin....
at any rate....when u circumcise your <> is cleaner is it also protects you from some STDs.....or sex diseases....God sets rules...but HE also knows His own creations....
and to answer your question...i have cousins who are not circumcised yet at 20yo.....
the thing is...if you a baby when this is done....you don't have trauma and you forget....
if done as an adult.....you will remember it...coz circumcising also makes you lose some pleasure.....
...so majority do not want to do it when older....
besides parents want what is best for their children.....the same way they cut ur nails when ur a baby to stop you from scratching yourself...they cut that too to protect you from STDs....and pain when ur older....
