Dude with all due respect to your effort, sad to comment that most of the findings in your extensive research is outdated... May be this is the case in Oman, but at least in Sri Lanka!!!

Do you think there has to be a clock everywhere? For example many restaurants dont have a clock. Based on your argument, that should be assuming you will spend more and more time inside & eat more an more
? No dear. Everyone wants you to leave as soon as you are done rather than wasting time inside, which will prevent them from serving another customer.
On a separate note, in Sri Lanka everyone has a mobile even if you dont wear a watch, meaning we have access to time even if the supermarket dont display the same. With our busy lifestyle we need to go home early rather than stay inside!!!
2. Supermarket use planogram whether you agree or not, that means items are located in several places around the supermarket. They have clearly marked the labels but still its scattered around the market.
Oh dear Planograms are used for exactly the different purpose. Basically on arranging shelf space in a more logical manner. May be you have misunderstood the concept of highlighting the items on offer. In Sri Lanka all supermarkets separately display Promo Items (items on offer that day) in front gondolas. That is to have a more visibility for the Promo items. So if Coke is on offer, you will have it on the front promo gondola, but you will also find it in the carbonated soft drinks area. No idea how it is in Oman though

This is again completely against what you have mentioned in the video. The video says "since the trolley is big, people feels like filling it". But now you say "People go for larger trolley coz quantity they want to buy is high". Then how come it is a trick of the supermarket? I know how much i want to buy & depending on that I go for a Shopping Basket, Baby Trolley or a Larger Trolley. Basically this is what you say now but the video says something else.
