උගත් පාඩම් හා ප්‍රතිසන්ධාන කොමිසම හමුවේ 2011 ජනවාරි 21 දින අදහස් දැක්වූ මෙම කැණහිලා විසින් භාෂා තුනක් රාජ්‍ය භාෂාව විය යුතු යයි එක තැනක දෙසන අතර, ජාතික ගීය සිංහල හා දෙමළ වලින් ගායනා කල යුතු බවට එහිදීම දෙසන්නේ ඉංග්‍රීසි අමතක කරමිනි. කටුස්සාගේ කරේ රත්තරන් බැන්දා සේ මෙවන් ප්‍රසිද්ධියේ අදහස් දැක්වීමට ලැබීමත්, ජාතියේ අවාසනාවක් වන්නේ තමන් කැපී පෙනීම පිනිස තම මව වුවද විකුණා දැමීමට පසුබට නොවන නිහීන තුච්ඡ මානසිකත්වය නිසාය. ඉතිහාසයේ සැම කල්හි, හෙළය තුල මෙවන් කසළ චරිත හිඟ වූයේ නැත. මෙම වසළයාගේ මොනයම් හෝ පොතක් ඔබ ලඟ ඇත්නම් වහාම පුළුස්සා දමන්න. සියළු හෙළයන්ට නිරුවත හෙලි කරන්න.

machan it is heartbreaking that you Sinhalese people always look at us as your enemies. i am really disappointing muslim. why you Sinhalese people dont like to be with us in peace. dont categorize our sri lankan people as Muslims,Tamil and Sinhalese. we are all one nation. if you people divide people into religion our country will never go forward. so i was born in this soil. i love my country. even muslims and tamils have right to say this my country with proud of being in this land. we always give priority to sinhalese people. because they are majority in this country. take india as example there are so many religion and language but they never blame on each other religion. that is why their country is having big progress in short period. when they hear their national anthem everyone automatically stand up to respect for their country it does not matter what religion they follow. we can develop our country by being united for one flag

I don't see a logic in that... I'm a good Buddhist too.

If you take the history, there are many times None-Buddhists have raised for us. Fro an example consider "Henry Steel Olcott". He's not even a Sri Lankan..

And personally I know few muslim people who has a deep knowledge about Buddhism than us.. They have being following Buddha and learning the core of Buddhism while we follow various monks with various views..
