    Can you show us where it's mentioned please? Any authorized document or an authorized WHO web page would be sufficient.
    AFAIK the WHO did endorse some African herbal trials to go ahead, after setting out a protocol to do so.

    I agree that the WHO may have approved things on a per instance basis but I don't believe that they have issued an umbrella approval for all the crap people say would work. Besides, I was just talking about the Sri Lankan vedamahattayas shared by Facebook as to have found "cures" for cancer and corona etc. I don;t believe that any of those would fall under any approval issued by the WHO.

    It seems huge rivalry among Vaccine companies. Some of them are doing unethical earning with giving untimely Vaccine news where vaccine didn't have completed essential testing levels. There are minimum surveillance and critical observation time for each medicine regarding Side Effects factor. Such observation time frame cannot be disregard whatever circumstances.
