What is your opinion about firing people especially key persons like this?
My wife worked for a startup in another country. She spent lot of time and effort to build it up. Yes, the owner paid good amount for her. But she is the first employee and did almost everything related to the product to make the concept a reality. Product went well and they made big profit. Then hired a big staff to the company and they all are managers and directors. Then started confusion. After two years, one morning she realised her access to their company were blocked and an email saying we no longer needed your service.
