In order to serve you better, Dialog Television’s broadcast service will be shifted to a new satellite between 29th January & 20th February 2019. To ensure uninterrupted services, it is mandatory that your decoder- software is updated by 27th January.

To update the decoder-software, please complete the following steps immediately

Step 1 - Switch ON your Dialog Television decoder and set the channel to channel no. 1

Step 2 - From your mobile phone, type RESCAN(space)your Dialog Television account number and SMS to 679 if you have a Dialog connection or SMS to 0770 679 679 from any other mobile network

In order to serve you better, Dialog Television’s broadcast service will be shifted to a new satellite. This will take place in 4 phases on 29th January and 7th, 18th & 20th February 2019. To ensure your decoder remains functional follow these simple steps today:

Step 1 - Switch ON your Dialog Television decoder and set the channel to channel no. 1

Step 2 - Type RESCAN(space)your Dialog Television account number and SMS to 679 from your Dialog mobile or to 0770 679 679 from any other mobile network

Step 3 - When the software update has been completed, if you see an ‘OK’ message on your TV screen, press the ‘OK’ button on your remote-control unit or the channel up/down button on your decoder

After successful completion of the software update, a confirmation message will appear on your TV screen

Also, please note that it is mandatory to keep your decoder SWITCHED ON during the following periods. If you do not keep the decoder SWITCHED ON, you will experience a loss of broadcast of Dialog Television services after 29th January 2019

Phase 1 : From 10 PM on 28th January till 10 PM on 29th January
Phase 2 : From 10 PM on 6th February till 10 PM on 7th February
Phase 3 : From 10 PM on 17th February till 10 PM on 18th February
Phase 4 : From 10 PM on 19th February till 10 PM on 20th February
