He is used to over exaggerate things. For example when talking about AI, he act like it's the end of the world. I’ve heard top scientists from Google, Amazon talk on the same subject, but in a more sensible way. Unlike Musk these are the people who have hands-on experience on the subject. Maybe he does it intentionally to get his stocks up.
